For each additional Person we charge $10.00 plus tax, per night.
Advance Deposit Fee $100.00 (This amount is subtracted from the total when we charge final payment.)

Cancellation Fees: 15 Days or more in advance $35.00 or 10%, whichever is greater. 14 or less days before arrival First nights rate on a one night stay and two nights rate on a 2 or more night stay, plus 5%
Advance Deposit and Final Payment.
Upon confirmation of your reservation, we will charge a $100.00 deposit, providing that you make your reservation more than two weeks prior to your arrival date. Reservations made within the two weeks prior to arrival time frame will be charged the full amount at the time of confirmation.
Final payments will be charged at least two weeks prior to arrival.
The same time lines apply, if paying by check(s) or Money Order(s). A reservation is not considered "Firm" until the $100.00 deposit has been received - by credit card charge or check.
We do not accept pets.
Our rates are based on 2 people, so please add $10.00 plus 10% to the rate for each additional person that is 5 years old or older. Children 4 and under are free. All others are subject to the additional cost.
We are a non-smoking property. No smoking inside the bungalow is permitted. You can smoke outside (with the doors closed) Treatment for smoke odor removal will fall under the "Excessive Wear and Tear" policy.
Excessive Wear and Tear Policy: We understand that accidents happen, and that things are going to break or tear up occasionally. However, should we determine that the damage was excessive and could/should have been easily avoidable, we will contact you to discuss the situation and give you an opportunity to explain what happened. If necessary, we will charge you for the cost of the replacement and/or repair. This does apply to smoke odor removal as well.
Cancellation Policy: Most travelers are accustom to hotel/motel cancellation policies and sometimes find our cancellation policy kind of strict. We do apologize for that but, we are a single unit business and have no "walk-in" business like a motel or hotel does. So, if you decided to cancel on short notice, we would have almost no time or opportunity to fill your vacancy. Therefore, to receive a refund (less a 10% or $35.00 cancellation fee, whichever is greater), you must cancel at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellations within the 2 week time period will be subject to loss of the first two (2) nights rate, plus 5% on a 2 or more night stay and no refunds at all on a one night stay. However, if we are able to fill your vacancy, we will refund all of your payment except for 5%.
Cancellations must be made in person by phone and by e-mail. Voice messages and/or faxed messages are not acceptable methods, as it leaves too much room for error. If you do leave a voice mail or send an e-mail, you must still hear back from us or continue to attempt to contact us to confirm your reservations have been canceled.
